Butter Dip Biscuits
- 1 stick butter
- 2½ c flour
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1¾ c buttermilk
Grease and flour 8 inch glass baking dish.
Melt butter in microwave and pour into dish.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour in buttermilk and mix until loose and sticky.
Pour dough onto the melted butter, and spread it out.
Cut dough into 9 squares.
Bake at 450℉ for 25 to 30 minutes, rotating once.
