Pignoli Cookies
- 1 lb almond paste
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2 egg whites
- pignolis
Beat it all together.
Shape them into walnut sized balls, and roll them in pignolis.
Flatten them gently on the baking sheet.
Bake at 350℉ for ~15 minutes.
